Core Routine of MT

1. Pray
The MT's main focus is to help its members become fruitful witnesses so that their family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers may believe. The team constantly seeks God's guidance to present, invite, and onboard WT leaders. They may also pray for the WT leaders and members who are actively involved in witnessing.
2. Present
Make presentations to your church/organization members at large gatherings, in small groups, or one-on-one. You can do this face-to-face or online. You can use the Mission section for presentations. Presenters must have completed MT training.
3. Invite
Invite your church or organizational members to start a witnessing team or join one.
Follow-up
Follow up with presentation attendees until they give a definitive positive or negative response regarding the Witnessing Framework.
4. Onboard
Once a member decides to start or join a Witnessing Team (WT), guide them through the onboarding process.
5. Support
Monitor the WT's progress through reports and provide the support needed. It could be a call, text, email, or a meeting. This is one of the most important responsibilities. If the MT does not factor in follow-up, support is equivalent to setting the MT up for failure.
