Driving Principles

Follow-up and support

When Christians are exposed to new, inspiring ideas, they start with all their hearts and with the hope of doing so consistently. But the pressures of life and busyness slowly push the newly inspired idea to fade and die. Therefore, you must observe, provide needed follow-up, and support to sustain the fire in a small but consistent way. If you do not factor in the follow-up and support, it is equal to sealing it to its failure.

Success Indicators

  1. Number of Christians being equipped as witnesses.

  2. Number of people being reached.

  3. Number of people deciding to follow Jesus Christ.

  4. Number of people who have gone through Likable Christian events.

Role of the framework

Your churches, organizations, and groups may have concerns about using the framework; therefore, it is important to clarify our role. We are not a church; we are not part of any church or denomination, and we will not become a church. The framework will not replace any ministry of the church. In addition, the framework is not equipped to address theological, doctrinal, and church issues. If any Witnessing Team member needs help, they must reach out to your pastor or to the organization/group leaders. When people are drawn to Jesus Christ through the Witnessing Framework, they should become part of your Church.
