Create awareness in each member and rekindle a heartfelt burden for their loved ones who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ. This can be done through one-on-one meetings, small-group presentations, conferences, or seminars.

Onboarding WT

The Mobilizing Team's primary function is to onboard and train the Witnessing Team (WT) within their church, organization, or group and provide ongoing support to ensure the team functions effectively and consistently. The MT accomplishes this by identifying leaders within their entity and training them to develop a witnessing team (WT).

Steps for Onboarding WT

MT Functions

Step 1: Create Awareness

Create awareness of witnessing among members and rekindle a heartfelt burden for loved ones who are not able to believe in Jesus Christ. This can be done through one-on-one meetings, small-group presentations, conferences, or seminars.

Step 2: Invite Leaders

Identify and invite those who are interested in forming and leading a WT. The leader is anyone with a heart for the lost who can invite 2 to 5 people to join them in this pursuit.

Step 3: Provide Training

Take them through www.wthelpcenter.com in the mobile app (Manual/CAN Manual Website). Use the current passcode, which is updated periodically for security.

1. Mission

The mission section helps to gain a better understanding of what witnessing is, why it is needed, and why it plays a vital role in evangelism.

2. Witnessing Team

Help them to understand their roles and responsibilities, introduce the witnessing matrix to have consistent relationship with those who are not able to believe and build strong team synergy for mutual encouragement.

3. Concepts

The witnessing concepts provide clarity, understanding, and the idea behind the witnessing framework. Everyone should go through them.

Step 4: Grant online access

Grant online access for the WT leader to manage the team.

  1. Log in to www.hiswitnesses.org.

  2. Create a team from Team Management.

  3. Go to User Management and invite the witnessing Team Leader to the team.

Step 5: Follow up and Support

To follow up and support effectively, you can generate the needed information from www.hiswitnesses.org / Reports. This is crucial for the teams to be fruitful.

  1. Report/App User: See how often the witnessing teams meet and how each member is progressing.

  2. Reported/Reached/Decided: This shows how consistent each witnessing team member is in their witnessing relationships.
